“What do your clients say about your marketing and copywriting services?”
“Words mean something and if you want someone to understand your product, your service, your business, you want Sonia to write those words for you. Creative, strategic and just darn good and easy to work with! I had Sonia create my bio for a new website on which I’m featured. I could have spent hours trying to put into words what I do and how it is done. With no time and no creative bent myself, I let Sonia do the creating. Quick and the expense was minimal compared to what I feel my time is worth. I would highly recommend Sonia for all your marketing and advertising needs.”
— Dayna Murray, Realtor at Keller Williams Premier Realty
“Sonia worked with me to create a company brochure that rocked! I so appreciated her writing, skills and creativity.”
— Jane Phillips, Geyser
“Sonia wrote and edited copy for my website. She ensured that the content was web-friendly, distinguished my services from others in the same business and clearly explained the rationale behind her approach. I would recommend S.F. Marketing to any business owner who is short on time or expertise in this area.”
— Cathy Waldhauser, President, CHW Landscape/Design, LLC
“It is a pleasure for me to recommend your marketing, communications, advertising and copywriting services to growing companies. I personally have witnessed the high level of service you provide to your existing customers which is impressive, including APS Payroll Service.”
–R. J. Tony Antoine, President, APS Payroll Service
“What does it cost to hire you for a project?”
Once I know the scope of the work for any copywriting assignment, I’ll give you a proposal and quoted price. My “Schedule of Estimated Fees” gives typical prices for a variety of freelance copywriting projects.
“How long will it take you to write my copy?”
Usually I like to have 2-3 weeks for freelance copywriting assignments. That gives me time for research, to gather information; then write, polish, edit and revise until I’m happy with every word. Shorter assignments will take less time.
If the copywriting assignment is a rush project, just let me know that up front. If I accept the project, I guarantee that you’ll have the copy on your desk by the deadline or possibly sooner.
With every assignment, no matter what the deadline is, the copy I submit to you will be right. You can depend on it.
“What if we want to revise or change the copy?”
Additions, changes and revisions to the copy will be made quickly. These copy changes or revisions are included in the fee we’ve agreed to for the assignment, provided they are requested within 30 days of your receipt of the copy and are within the scope of the work agreed to for the project.
“What if I have other questions?”
For other questions, call me at 763-542-3830, or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. I’m happy to answer any questions you may have.
“How do I hire you to do a project for me?”
Request a quote. Then describe your copywriting project. Who is your target audience? What is the objective of your project…selling your product or service, providing information, making an announcement, etc.? After we agree on the scope of work, I’ll provide a written cost quote and letter of agreement. Your 50% payment and signed Letter of Agreement is authorization for me to proceed with your project.
If you have an immediate need for a freelance copywriter, call me right now at 763-542-3830, or email me with the details and your deadline at email@example.com. There is no charge to discuss your project with you and give you a cost estimate. And, there’s no obligation to buy.
